Thank you for opening your heart and joining me on this beautiful journey that I enjoy calling life. As I reflect on my experience I hope it helps you learn.

Many great Buddhists and philosophers around the world have referenced the Lotus. The lotus flower is a beautiful entity. By natural design it will push through even though it is piled under mud in a dark and gloomy water. This resilient love emerges as the beautiful entity we know as the lotus flower. Whether one is talking about change or emerging. As humans we must embody the lotus flower and embrace our beauty even if we cannot always see the sun through the darkness.

I think this process applies to this blog and some day my book.
